On this page, click the pink button, and a window will open.

1. Select which category you belong to:
   • If you are a partner guest, you have a guest code to enter in the field provided;
   • If you are a student or under 26 years old: student rate of €5 per debate;
   • If you are not a student: full price of €10 per debate.
2. Select the debate(s) you’d like to attend.
3. Confirm your selection(s) by clicking the gray button at the very bottom of the page.
4. Complete the registration form and make your payment (unless you have a guest code).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of the debate(s) you’ve selected.

If you have not received your confirmation email with a summary of the debates you selected, please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, providing your last name, first name, and the debate(s) you selected. We will resend the confirmation within 2 business days.

Yes, you can reYes, you can register for as many debates as you like, up to one debate per time slot and subject to availability. Registration is individual and by name, so one registration equals one person. However, you can create multiple registrations using the same email address if you change the first name or last name.

Online registration is available as long as a debate is not full (depending on the lecture hall’s capacity). Once a debate is full, registration will no longer be possible.

You may also register in person on the day of the debate at the Sorbonne, located at 45 rue des Écoles, provided the debate is not full.

Please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, providing your first and last name and the debate(s) you would like to add. We will send you an online payment link to complete your registration, if necessary.

The listed lecture halls may change depending on the number of registrants, so that we can accommodate you in a suitable space. The final location will be included in the email you’ll receive about two weeks before the event—be sure to check it before you come.

Yes. This email confirms that your registration and payment (if applicable) have been successfully processed. This is not the pass that will grant you access to the debates; that will be sent to you about two weeks before the event.

The pass/access badge will be sent by email about two weeks before the event, starting November 9, 2026. Therefore, you will not receive it immediately after registering.

1. Please make sure it is after November 9, 2026—before that date, it’s normal not to have received it yet. As indicated in your confirmation email, your pass/access badge is sent about two weeks before the event.
2. Check your spam/junk folder, as well as any “Promotions” tab (Gmail).
3. Make sure the email address you used to register is the one you’re checking.
4. If you still can’t find it after November 9, contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, including your first and last name and the debate(s) in question.

Yes, your pass/access badge is non-transferable. If you are no longer able to attend the selected debates, you may transfer your pass/access badge to someone else before November 19. In that case, please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, providing your first and last name and the selected debate(s).

Your pass is an email containing a QR code and a summary of the debates you’ve selected. You are not required to print your pass, but we recommend that you do so to help streamline the check-in process. You must present the QR code on your phone or in the printed email to access each of the debates you’ve selected.

If you are a guest of a partner, you will receive an access badge that you must print out in order to enter the Sorbonne and the Collège de France. Badge holders will be distributed at the entrance.

If you have a guest code, you will not be asked to pay.

Yes, groups of more than 10 people are eligible for a discounted rate (€8 per debate). To take advantage of this offer, please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr.

Payments are made online by credit card on a secure platform.

You may change your registration for a debate, subject to availability for the new debate. Please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, providing your last name, first name, and the debate(s) you wish to change.

Registrations can be modified but are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may change a debate you are registered for or transfer your registration to another person before November 19.

Yes. Please contact us at inscriptionscite26@chk.fr, providing your first and last name, the contact information for the new registrant, and the discussion(s) to be modified, if applicable.
